INDIANAPOLIS - The University of Connecticut women's swimming and diving team is in seventh place of 10 teams after Friday's day of competition. The event concludes on Saturday. UConn has 185 points while Louisville leads the competition.
UConn was led on Friday by senior Mary deMarrais (Bernardsville, N.J.), who won the B Final of the 400-yard IM in a time of 4:18.36.
Senior Jordan Bowen (Lake Elmo, Minn.) was fourth in the 200-yard freestyle in a time of 1:48.86.
