Connecticut Competes at Armory Collegiate Invitational

NEW YORK, NY (February 16) - The University of Connecticut women’s track and field team completed at the two day Armory Collegiate Invitational on Friday and Saturday, at the Armory Track and Field Center in New York City.

UConn recorded two first place finishes and in the University section of the meet. Kristin Meyer won the 3000 meter run with a meet record time of 9:49.03 and Deidre Mullen tied her meet record from last year in the high jump with a height of 1.75m (5-08.75).

The Huskies will return to action on Feb. 22-23, at the Indoor BIG EAST Championships in Syracuse, NY.
