The Huskies will open the season in tournament play for the third consecutive year, facing TCU, Grambling State and Texas Tech at the TCU Tournament over the last weekend of August in Fort Worth, Texas.

Connecticut will then host their own UConn Toyota Classic the following weekend, as they welcome Binghamton, Holy Cross and Howard to Gampel Pavilion. Action will begin on Friday, September 2 and this season's UConn Toyota Classic champion will be crowned on Saturday, September 3.

The final two tournaments for the Huskies during the 2011 season will be the UNH Tournament and the Hokie Classic.
