STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut volleyball team will continue its early-season tournament schedule this weekend, as the Huskies travel to Durham, N.H. for the Holly Young Invitational which is hosted by UNH. During the tournament, UConn will face Fairfield, Indiana State and the host Wildcats.

UConn's Weekend Schedule:
Friday, September 9: vs. Fairfield - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday, September 10: vs. Indiana State - 10:00 a.m.
Saturday, September 10: at UNH - 7:00 p.m.

The Huskies enter the weekend with a 4-3 record, after defeating Holy Cross, Howard and Binghamton at the UConn Toyota Classic and falling to Sacred Heart in a midweek match-up. So far this season the UConn offense has been led by the trio of Jordan Kirk (Plano, Texas), Mattison Quayle (Los Angeles, Calif.) and Devon Maugle (Plymouth Meeting, Pa.), as they have each posted 50 or more kills through the first seven matches including a team-high 88 from Kirk.

With 20 digs against Sacred Heart, Kelsey Maving (Tonawanda, N.Y.) reached the 100 dig mark for the season, as she currently has 104 to lead the UConn defense. Her 20-dig effort against the Pioneers also marked the 13th match of her career in which she has recorded 20 or more digs.
