STORRS, Conn. -- The UConn women's volleyball team (11-15, 2-9 American) returns home this weekend to host a pair of American Athletic Conference matches against South Florida (13-11, 7-3 American) and Central Florida (16-7, 7-3 American). The Huskies previously visited the two schools in the Sunshine State in early October, falling in three sets at USF and in five at UCF. USF visits on Friday, Nov. 8 at 7 p.m., before UCF comes to town on Sunday, Nov. 10 at 2 p.m.

The Huskies are coming off an 0-2 weekend on the road, falling to Texan league foes Houston and SMU. Connecticut is still searching for its first road victory in conference play this season, currently sitting at 0-6 in such contests.

Connecticut has faced USF 10 times after this year’s earlier match-up, and holds a 7-3 edge all-time against the Bulls. The UCF match was only the second meeting between the squads, with the Knights winning both installments of the series.
