Huskies Look to Reach NCAA Championships

2011-12: Cross Country: Placed 16th at the CCSU Invite (19:14)...Ran 19:18 to place 22nd at the Bryant Invite.

2010-11: Cross Country:Placed 13th at the Army Open (19:55)... Finished 19th at the CCSU Invitational (18:45)... Ran the CCSU Ted Owen Invitational in 19:01 to place 16th... Placed 29th at the Rothenberg Invitational in 18:54... Placed 16th at the CCSU Mini Meet (19:40). Outdoor: Finished 3rd at the Dick Shea Invitational in the 5000m (18:33.01)... Placed 13th at the Larry Ellis Invite in the 3000m (10:34.39).

2009-10: Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team... Cross Country: Placed 36th at the Bryant Invitational; (21:22). Indoor: Placed 8th in the 3000m at the URI Invitational (10:36.30. Outdoor: Placed 4th in the 5000m at Monmouth (18:03.24)... Placed 4th in the 5,000m at the UConn Select Invite (18:02.70).

Attended Pomperaug High School... in cross country was a three-time Connecticut All-State selection, marking the first three-time All-State pick (cross country) in school history... was a four-time All-Conference selection as well as a two-time Conference Champion... also was a two-time qualifier for the New England Championship... holds the Pomperaug home course record... a four-time All-Conference honoree in track... was a four-time qualifier for the Connecticut State Open Championship in the 3,200-meters... was the Conference Champion in the 3,200-meters in 2006... named the Pomperaug 2009 Outstanding Athlete Award winner... alsoa member of her boys' high school swim team... was named the 2005 Western Connecticut Superintendent of Schools Award winner... a four-year honor roll student... named to the Waterbury-Republican Newspaper All-Academic team for cross country and track.
