    STORRS, Conn.- The UConn women's cross country team is set to compete in this weekend's New England Championships at Stanley Park in Westfield, Mass. on Sunday at noon. The Huskies are coming off a fourth place finish at the Griak Invitational where sophomore Lindsay Crevoiserat led the squad with a sixth place finish and was followed by Allison Lasnicki in seventh.

    Connecticut, ranked sixth in the Northeast region, will send a young roster to the New England Championships this weekend with freshmen Emily Durgin, Emily Lewson, Laura Williamson, Katherine Vodopia and Emily Howard. The five freshmen will also be joined by sophomore Terra Briody.
