As a Sophomore in 2005-06: Played in three games for a total of three minutes… Saw his first action of the season in a 113-49 win over Texas Southern in which he hit a free throw for his first career point as a Husky… He also pulled down his first career rebound in the game as well… Scored one point and grabbed two rebounds on the season.

As a Freshman in 2004-05: Served as a practice player… Did not appear in any games.

Before UConn: As a senior at E.O. Smith High School, Ben was an All-Conference selection and the MVP of his team... A three-year basketball letterwinner for coach Ron Pires.
