As a senior at East Hartford H.S. in 2005-06, he averaged 32.0 points, 7.0 assists, 5.0 rebounds, and 4.0 steals per game… He was the Connecticut Gatorade High School Player of the year as East Hartford finished the season 19-3 and won the CCC North title… He was selected to the 2006 Hartford Courant and New Haven Register All-State First teams… He was an All-Conference Selection and served as captain of his team… He led the state of Connecticut in scoring... As a junior in 2004-05, he averaged 26 points per game… He was selected to the 2005 Hartford Courant All-State first team… He was an All-Conference selection as well… Served as captain of the team and led the state of Connecticut in scoring.
