NEWARK, N.J. – The No. 3 UConn men's basketball team (17-1, 7-0 BIG EAST) won its 13th straight to improve to 7-0 in BIG EAST play for the first time since 1998-99, tipping No. 25 Seton Hall (14-3, 4-2 BIG EAST) by a score of 69-64 on Tuesday night at the Prudential Center. Tarris Reed Jr.led all players with 21 points and nine rebounds as the Huskies held off a late Pirate rally to top SHU in Newark for the first time with fans in the building since 2013.
