at fullback.
2005: Played in all 11 games as a true freshman, starting at
fullback against both Rutgers (Oct. 22) and USF (Nov. 26)…Ran the ball
six times for 20 yards while making one 11-yard catch…Also saw
significant playing time on special teams where he made three
tackles…Four of his six carries came against Liberty (Sept. 1) and were
good for 16 yards…Also had single carries against Buffalo (Sept. 1) and
Rutgers with his lone catch also coming against the Scarlet Knights.
High School: Was a first team All-Nassau County and All-Long
Island selection…Rushed for 869 yards in his senior season on 136
carries for 11 touchdowns while also making 17 receptions for 272 yards
and a TD…As a linebacker, had 82 tackles for three sacks and an
interception…Team was the Nassau Conference I Champions…Played his first
three years of high school football in Columbia, N.J. and was a
three-time All-Burlington County, All-Patriot Division and All-South
Jersey pick… Selected for the New York-New Jersey Governor’s Cup
All-Star Game…Team captain in both football and basketball, where he
earned three letters at Northern Burlington.
