AT CONNECTICUT: Adds depth to the forward line... Has seen action in 28 career games... Redshirted the 1998 season. AS A SOPHOMORE: Spent the first half of the season sidelined with a knee injury.. Returned to action against St. Peter’s... Garnered an assist vs. Villanova. AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN: Saw action in 21 games... A role player on the front line who scored three goals and added four assists off the bench...  His first career goal came against Villanova to break a  tie and lead the Huskies to a 3-1 win...Scored two goals in the second round of the NCAA tournament against Yale... Tallied an assist versus Furman in UConn’s quarterfinal win... Twice named the All-BIG EAST Rookie of  the Week for his play. IN HIGH SCHOOL: A two-time All-County and an All-League pick out of Half Hollow Hills High School  in Long Island, NY... A  two-time All-Conference honoree...  Earned  a silver medal as  captain of  the southern region men’s soccer team  in  the  1996 Empire State Games...  Was the highest goal scorer in Suffolk County with 20 goals as a senior... Scored 51 career goals at Half Hollow Hills. PERSONAL: Enrolled in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences... Economics major... Born May 29, 1980.
