Reserve guard who initially joined the team as a walk-on before being offered a
scholarship prior to the start of freshman season…a hard-working guard that is
expected to provide UConn with depth at guard…follows Maria Conlon (2001-04) in

2006-07 SEASON
Appeared in 25 games in a reserve role averaging 3.4 minutes per contest…posted
11 points and 15 rebounds in limited playing time during freshman
season…appeared in UConn’s NCAA Regional Final loss vs. LSU (3/26)…played in the
opening round of the NCAA Tournament vs. UMBC (3/18)...saw action in two BIG
EAST Tournament games…tallied two points in BIG EAST Semifinal win over
Louisville (3/5)…scored a season-best three points in eight minutes of action
vs. Villanova (2/24)…was a perfect 2-of-2 from the free throw line in win over
Syracuse (1/13)…pulled down three rebounds in win over Colorado State
(12/21)…registered two points and three rebounds in BIG EAST opener at
Georgetown (12/7)…scored first points of career with two points against Boston
University (11/28)…saw first collegiate action with two minutes in season opener
vs. Richmond (11/13).
HIGH SCHOOL
Averaged 18.7 points, 7.2 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 3.5 steals during senior
season while guiding Stonington (Conn.) High School to a 24-2 record and the
2006 CIAC Class M State Title...finished her career as the all-time leading
scorer at Stonington High School with 1,195 career points...first offered a
walk-on invitation to the UConn roster before being offered a full scholarship
two weeks later...becomes UConn’s first scholarship player from the state of
Connecticut since Maria Conlon’s graduation in 2004...scored 18 points in the
2006 Connecticut Class M Championship Game...named to 2006 Connecticut All-State
Team...also lettered in soccer and softball during prep career...team captain
during both junior and senior seasons.
